It is our desire to provide services in keeping with the wishes of each family we serve. The following are among
the choices we offer.
TRADITIONAL SAMMONS CHURCH OR CHAPEL SERVICE:
Includes services of funeral director and staff, local transfer of remains to funeral home, embalming, visitation at the funeral home or other location, chapel of church service, local automotive equipment, committal service, thank-you cards, memorial folders and register book.
TRADITIONAL SERVICE AT GRAVESIDE OR MAUSOLEUM SITE:
Includes services of funeral director and staff, local transfer of remains to funeral hme, visitation at the funeral home or other location, local graveside or entombment service, local automotive equipment, thank-you cards, memorial folders and register book.
Includes services of funeral director and staff, local removal, care of remains, casket coach to local area cemetery. There is no visitation or ceremony.
This service is basically the same as a traditional church or chapel service but following the service, the deceased is transported to the crematory instead of a procession going to the cemetery.
This is the choice when no visitation or ceremony is desired.
The body is not present for this service. A cremation, burial or visitation may or may not bave been held prior to the memorial service.
At times there are special requests from families and we are glad to assist with these. Our chapel is equipped with organ, piano and complete sound system for your desired musical selections. Also we offer memory boards and display tables for pictures and the option of videoing the service.
In addition to arranging all details necessary for the service, we assist in notifying insurance companies, securing and completing necessary claim forms, and notifying the Social Security Office of the death. We complete submit all VA forms for benefits including payments, flag, and grave marker. Also we arrange for military funerals.
