Mrs. Bernice Moore Hutcheson, age 93 of Soperton passed away on Saturday morning, May 11, 2019 at the Treutlen County Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Born in Emanuel County, she had lived in Soperton for over seventy years and had worked at Soperton Manufacturing as a Seamstress. She had a true "green thumb" and was an excellent cook.

Her family had been longtime members at Midway Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Walton Van Hutcheson, a daughter, Joanne Lindsey and a brother, Ralph Moore.

She leaves behind a granddaughter, Lorri Russo (James), Elko, GA, a grandson, William David Reeves (Lindsay), Perry, GA and three great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at a later date.
