Obituary

Brian Frank Gay, age 50, of Orangeburg, South Carolina passed away on Wednesday morning, February 2, 2022 in Orangeburg, South Carolina.

Born in Dublin, he was a son of Billy Gay and Sadie Walden.  Brian was a Craftsman and Contractor that had worked in construction all of his life.  He was self employed and was the co-owner of Twin Construction, a business he started with his brother, Bryant.

He was an avid outdoorsman that enjoyed hunting and fishing.  He was devoted to his family and cherished time spent with them.

His twin brother, Bryant passed away in June of 2020.

Brian leaves behind three daughters, Kara Gay (Charles Rhinehart), Miranda Keller (Christopher), his father, Billy Gay, his mother, Sadie Walden, a brother, Chuck Gay, two sisters, Nicole Wise, Summer Jones, four grandchildren, Nayden Rhinehart, Marleigh Rhinehart, Madison Keller, Skylar Keller and many loving family members and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Monday, February 7, 2022 in the Williams Chapel of Sammons Funeral Home with Reverend Paul Wilkes officiating.

Brian will be laid to rest beside his brother in Tarrytown Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be: Mac Roberts, Roger Hall, Alan Miller, Randall Payne and Justin Jones.

His family will receive friends on Monday, at the funeral home, from 10:00 am until the hour of service.
