Mrs. Bronwyn Ratley Gillette, age 72, of Doraville, Georgia passed away on October 10, 2024. Born on August 5, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Stafford Ratley and Bernice Newsome.

Bronwyn had a lifelong love for reading and literature. She enjoyed traveling, tending to her flowers, and being around cats.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Andre Gillette; siblings, Ingrid Cooper, Shannon Ratley.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her daughters, Kristina Johannsen, Jennifer Hitney (Brian); stepson, Benjamin Gillette; grandchildren, Savannah and Leah Hitney; siblings, Candace Smith, Michael Ratley, David Ratley; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Saturday, May 3, 2025 from the graveside in Hutcheson Cemetery in Treutlen County, Georgia.

Her family will receive friends, on Saturday, at the graveside.
