Mrs. Carol Coleman, age 70, of Soperton died Friday, April 21, 2017.

Mrs. Coleman was born in Treutlen County on June 18, 1946, and was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Stella Hutcheson, and brothers, Van Hutcheson, Billy Hutcheson, Neal Hutcheson, Kelly Hutcheson, and Hayford Hutcheson.  She retired from Woolrich, Soperton, in 1999 and was a member of Orianna Baptist Church, Treutlen County.

Survivors include her husband of forty-one years, Carvon Coleman; children, Peggy (Chris) Correll of Macon and Brian (Fran) Watts of Adrian; grandchildren, Kayla Cummings of Statesboro, Chase Watts and Adam Watts of Adrian; sisters, Jeanette Holt of Soperton and Patricia Dykes of Vidalia; brothers, Randy (Linda) Hutcheson and Rayford Hutcheson of Soperton; and several beloved nieces and nephews.

Services will be held in the Chapel of Sammons Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 23, with the Reverend Arthur Conley officiating.  Burial will be in Hutcheson Cemetery, Treutlen County.

Pallbearers will be nephews, Jarred Powell, Randall Hutcheson, Randon Hutcheson, Blake Hutcheson, Holt Barwick and Lamar Hutcheson.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m.
