Mr. Charles E. Branch, MSGT, USAF, ret., age 72 of Soperton, formerly of Warner Robins, Georgia passed away on Sunday morning, January 21, 2018 at Community Hospice in Vidalia, Georgia.

Mr. Branch served in the Unites States Air Force for over 21 years, obtaining the rank of Master Sergeant before retiring from Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, GA in 1987.

He was a Life Member of the VFW Post 6605 and the Military Order of the Cootie, Warner Robins, GA.

Survivors include his wife, Maria Teresa Branch, caregivers and dear friends, John Thompson, Velma Williams and Elizabeth Rollins, all of Soperton, Georgia.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 am on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 in the Chapel of Sammons Funeral Home.

Mr. Branch will be laid to rest with full military honors at 1:00 pm on Wednesday in the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Glennville, Georgia.

His family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at Sammons Funeral Home.
