Miss Cindy Denise Jump, age 58 passed away peacefully on Tuesday afternoon, December 3,  2024  at the Lumber City Care Center in Lumber City, GA.

Born in Brunswick, GA, she was the daughter of the late Cheryl Joiner Jump and Edsel Jump.  Cindy had attended the special needs program within the East Laurens School System.  She had worked with Easter Seals in Soperton for a short period of time.

Cindy enjoyed making people laugh, attending church and Sunday School, time spent with her family, Minute Grill hamburgers and playing with decks of cards.

Her mother passed away in November of 2003.

Cindy leaves to cherish the memories of her life: cousins; Pamela Jeanie Hayslip (Jerry), Orianna Community of Soperton, GA, Ernie Walker (Phyllis), Dexter, GA, Mimi Henry (Freddie), Mt. Vernon, GA, Aaron Horton (Tamera), Vidalia, GA, Andy Horton (Dawn), Vidalia, GA, Alan Hiatt (Billie), Birmingham, AL, many other loving family members and her extended family at the Lumber City Care Center.

Funeral services will be conducted at 3:30 pm on Friday, December 6, 2024 from the graveside in Poplar Springs Church Cemetery with Pastor L.T. Logue officiating.

Cindy will be laid to rest beside her mother.

Her family will receive friends at the graveside.
