Ms. Cynthia Ann "Cindy" Anderson Hallford, age 58, of Augusta passed away on Monday, October 2, 2017.

A lifelong resident of Augusta, she was preceded in death by her parents, Lanelle Carl and Martha Ann Kirkland Anderson, and her husband, Joey Hallford. Cindy grew up in Hephzibah and was a graduate of Eugene Butler High School, Class of 1977.  She had worked as an insurance agent for many years with American General Life Insurance Company in Augusta, and was a lifelong member of Liberty United Methodist Church.

Survivors include two brothers, Lanelle Carl Anderson Jr. of Augusta and  Wayne Anderson (Tina) of  Hephzibah; two sisters, Lynn Anderson Byrd (Phillip) of Soperton, formerly of Fernandina Beach, FL, and Ann Smith (Glenn) of Orlando, FL; a special aunt, June Kirkland Bromley of Hephzibah;  three nieces, Melanie Anderson, Amanda Anderson Rich (David), Olivia Anderson, and two great nephews, Henry and Arthur Rich.

Private graveside services will be held in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Augusta, GA.  Sammons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
