Mr. Dana S. Kittrell, age 30, of Tarrytown died Thursday, November 19, 2015.

Dana was a lifelong resident of Tarrytown and was preceded in death by his adoptive father, Delma Kittrell, and great-grandmother, Vertis Meeks. He was a member of Tarrytown Baptist Church.

Survivors include his children, Danica and Dana, Jr. of Petross; father, Donnie Kittrell of Dublin; mother and step-father, Deborah and William Brinson of Soperton; sister, Denise Kittrell of Dublin; brother, Blake (Julia) Phillips of Soperton; maternal grandmother, Jeannette Norfleet of Soperton; paternal grandmother, Ann Couey of Dublin; nieces and nephews, April Rogers, Dustin Kittrell, Kevin Phillips, Angelia Phillips, and Melony Phillips.

Funeral services were held in the Chapel of Sammons Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Sunday, November 22 with the Reverend Chuck Morgan officiating. Burial was in Tarrytown Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Jason Griffin, Jason Phillips, Mitchell Phillips, Allen Phillips, Jamie Rodgers, and Michael Binion.
