Mr. Danny Lee Graham, age 60 of Floyd County, Georgia passed away on Tuesday morning, March 15, 2022 at Advent Health in Rome, Georgia.
Born in Dublin he was the youngest of five sons born to the late Virgil and Hazel Barber Graham. He grew up in Adrian where he attended school. After high school, he enlisted in the U. S. Army where he met his future wife, Sandra Kay Anderson, while stationed at Fort Sam Houston. Since being honorably discharged they have made their home primarily in the Rome and Calhoun, Georgia areas. Mr. Graham had been a self-employed Truck Driver for many years.
He loved all animals and was presently raising forty one pigs, sheep, goats, rabbits and chickens. Mr. Graham enjoyed fishing and had recently finished preparing his boat for an upcoming trip.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded ion death by two brothers, Alton and Chester Graham.
He leaves behind his wife of forty one years, Sandra Anderson Graham, Floyd County, GA, children, Melissa Dollar (Kenny), Rome, GA, Candace Little (David), Cedar Town, GA, William Graham (Alexandra), Adairsville, GA, Brittany Graham, Silver Creek, GA, brothers, Herbert Graham (Debbie), Silver Creek, GA, Freddie Graham (Linda), Vidalia, GA, grandchildren, Blake, Jasmine, Emalin, Dakota, Charlie, Madison, Kaylin and Lila (due to arrive anytime), Alexander and Isabelle, several nieces and nephews and his pekingese companion, Rebel.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 19,2022 from the graveside in Pleasant Springs Cemetery, East Dublin with Pastor Keith Collins officiating.
Mr. Graham's family will receive friends, on Saturday, at Pleasant Springs Baptist Church from 12:00 noon until time to leave and process to the gravesite.
