Mr. Frank Pollette, age 83, of Soperton died Saturday, April 23, 2016.

Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of Sammons Funeral Home at 11 a.m. Monday, April 25, with the Reverend Donny Crosby officiating. Burial will be in Red Bluff Cemetery, Treutlen County.

Mr. Pollette was a lifelong resident of Treutlen County and was preceded in death by his parents, John Quincy and Emma Joyce Pollette, brother, Earl Pollette, and sister, Carolyn Johnson. He served in the United States Army, was a retired logger, and attended Red Bluff Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife of fifty-six years, Jan Pollette; children, Karen (Jerry) Spainhour of Randleman, NC, Ken (Donna) Pollette, and Keith (Brandy) Pollette, all of Soperton; grandchildren, Molly Pollette, Jay Pollette, Julia Pollette, and Hunter Spainhour; sister, Louise Sumner of Soperton; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday one hour prior to the funeral service.
