Mr. George Jeffery "Jeff" White, age 53, of Tarrytown died Thursday, October 20, 2016.

Mr. White was born in Soperton and was preceded in death by his parents, Henry B. White, Sr. and Mary E. Collins White, and nephew, Shane White. He was a retired high voltage electrician and was a member of Tarrytown Baptist Church.

Survivors include his daughter, Hannah White of Tarrytown; sister, Gail Parrish of Tarrytown; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bud and Mary White of Tarrytown and James and Chelia White of Ailey; nephews and nieces, Wes and Crystal Parrish, Brady and Lindsey White, Chris White, and Beth White; great-nephews, Caden Parrish and Case Parrish; and great-niece, Zoë White.

Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of Sammons Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Saturday, October 22. Burial will be in Tarrytown Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 6 to 8 p.m.
