Glenda Sue Williams, age 63, of Cadwell passed away on Monday afternoon, December 20, 2023 at Atrium Health Navicent in Macon, Georgia.

Born in Dublin, Geogia, she was the daughter of the late William Grady "W.G." Brantley and Louise Braswell Clark.  She grew up in Brewton and attended East Laurens High School.  She later attended Middle Georgia College in Dublin and Cochran where she earned her Associate Degree in Science and was a Registered Nurse.  Sue enjoyed Geriatrics and her years working in the Assisted Living environment as well as Home Health Care.  For the past fourteen years she has lived in Cadwell.

She enjoyed attending local festivals, yard sales, fishing and being at home watching Gunsmoke.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Dale Williams.

Sue leaves behind, her fiancé, John Ethridge, Cadwell, GA, her son, Daniel Williams, Pellam, AL, siblings, Linda Wynn (Tommy), Rockledge, GA, Wayne Brantley, East Dublin, GA, Danny Brantley and Allen Brantley, both of Rockledge, GA as well as three grandchildren, Ella Grace Williams, Rush Wesley Williams, Seth Michael Williams and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 30, 2023 from the graveside in Tarrytown Cemetery with, her cousin, Rev. Donnie Baker officiating.  Sue will be laid to rest beside her husband.

Her family will receive friends on Saturday at the graveside, from 12:00 noon until the hour of service.
