Jackie Lynn Hooks, age 56 formerly of Soperton, Georgia passed away on Thursday evening, March 14, 2019 at Fairview Park Medical Center in Dublin, Georgia.

Born in Swainsboro, she was the eldest and last living daughter of Jim Foskey and Jearldene Lumley Bracewell. Jackie was raised in Treutlen County where she attended the public school system. During the 1990s she worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Dublinaire Health and Rehabilitation Center. For the past thirty years she has made Dublin, Georgia her home.

She had been a member of Holton Chapel Advent Christian Church and most recently attended Liberty Baptist Church in Dublin.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her sister, Shanita Marie Foskey and a son in law, Gerald Austin Myers.

She leaves behind: her daughters, Leslie Myers, Dublin, GA, Brandi Lewis (Jake), Eatonton, GA, April "McCullough" McDaniel, Dublin, GA and nine grandchildren, BreeAnna "Morgan" Wilkinson, Zoey Lynn Seymour, KeeLee Jade Seymour, Kassi Bridgit Myers, Alex "Asa" McDaniel, Emma Grace Lewis, Jasper David Myers, Piper Roxi Myers and Jacob Kelvin Lewis Jr.

Funeral services will be at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 in the Williams Chapel of Sammons Funeral Home with Reverend Kerry Walker officiating.

Her family will receive friends on Tuesday, at the funeral home, from 5:00 pm until the hour of the service.

Jackie will be laid to rest in Holton Chapel Cemetery.
