Mr. James Todd Wombles, Jr., age 27 of Rockledge passed away on Sunday afternoon, April 5, 2020 at Fairview Park Hospital in Dublin.

Born in Dublin he was the eldest child born to James Todd Wombles Sr., and the late Teresa Carol Wilson Wombles. James grew up in Johnson County where he graduated from Johnson County High School. He had worked for Pizza Hut in Soperton, FlexSteel in Dublin and most recently at Rentz Cabinet Shop. He had lived in Rockledge for the past four years.

James enjoyed time with his children, riding four wheelers, fishing and gathering around a backyard fire.

He had attended Calvary Baptist Church in Wrightsville.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Teresa Wilson Wombles, who passed away in 2017, an infant brother, Johnathon William Wombles, his paternal grandparents, James Willie and Bessie Lee Duncan Wombles and his maternal grandparents, John Thurman and Lizzie Mae Graham Wilson.

James leaves behind, his wife, Jade Alexus Watts, children, Heaven-Leigh Rose Wombles, Johnathon Tate "J.T." Wombles, his father, James Todd Wombles Sr., his father and mother-in-law, Jimmy and Faith Watts, brother-in-law, Brandon Gage Watts, his sister, Brittany Elizabeth Clavier, and aunts, Sylvia Grant and Joyce Ann Brantley.

A private graveside service will be held.
