Mr. Jason Michael Wingard, age 50, beloved husband of Julie Sisa Wingard of Soperton passed away on Friday morning, May 30, 2025 at their home.

Born in Vidalia, he was the son of the late Gerald Thomas Wingard and Betty Ann Phillips Wingard Lindsay.  He grew up in Normantown and attended school in Toombs County.

At the age of sixteen, Jason began a long career in Construction, both residential and commercial.  He had made Soperton his home since 2010, where he built his own house, where he presently resided.

Jason enjoyed time out on the water, bass fishing in Lake Sinclair and boating wherever and whenever he could.  He was a handy man, enjoyed working with his hands and was an accomplished mechanic.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Thomas Wingard and Lance Lindsay.

Jason leaves behind, his wife, Julie Sisa Wingard, Soperton, GA, sister, Geena Lindsay, Normantown, GA, Genna's daughter, niece, Gracelyn Spears, Normantown, GA and sister, Dana Lindsay of Lyons, GA .

Jason will be laid to rest beside his mother in the Beasley Cemetery near Soperton.
