Mr. John Carl "J.C." Allen, age 87 of East Dublin passed away on Friday afternoon, September 25, 2020 at the Jenkins County Medical Center in Millen, Georgia.

Born in the Tweed Community of Rockledge, he was the son of the late John B. and Maggie Gillis Allen. He had worked at Georgia Plywood and had been an onsite Property Manager of a trailer park in East Dublin. Mr. Allen had lived in Toombs County before moving back to the area in the mid 1980s.

He had been a longtime member of the Tweed Chapel in Rockledge.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Luther Allen, Ralph Allen and a sister, Cassie Walker.

Mr. Allen leaves behind nieces and nephews, Randy Allen (Diane), East Dublin, GA, Jayson Allen (Deidre), Soperton, GA, Cindy Westfall, Daytona Beach, FL, Donnie Gene Walker, J. B. Walker, Joan "Homer" Walker, all of Mt. Vernon, GA, Randall Walker, East Dublin, GA and numerous great nieces and nephews.

Mr. Allen will be laid to rest beside his brother in Blue Springs Cemetery, Rockledge, GA.
