Mr. Johnny Lavon Lyles, age 39, of Soperton died Wednesday, January 18, 2017.

Mr. Lyles was born in Macon and lived most of his life in Soperton.  He was a foreman with Heavy Equipment and Movers Industries, LLC, McDonough, GA.

Survivors include his wife, Judith Michelle Wilkins Lyles; daughters, Emily Lane Lyles and Shelby Mustang Lyles of Soperton; father and step-mother, Jerry and Carlene Lyles, Sr. of Soperton; mother and step-father, Dale and Milton Johnson of Alamo; grandparents, Gerald and Barbara Ann Lyles of Soperton; brothers, Tony (Denise) Lyles, Robbie Lyles, all of Soperton, Jerry (Callan) Lyles, Jr. of Vidalia, Chris (Deanna) Lyles, Sr., and Dustan Leverett, all of Soperton; sisters, Tiffany (Ty) Coleman, Cheyene Leverett, all of Swainsboro, and Lynisa Screws of Soperton;  and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of Sammons Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Thursday, January 26, with Reverend Conway Jones officiating.  Burial will be in Kea's Cemetery, Emanuel County.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m.
