Kendall Allen Ware of Soperton, died on April 15, 2020 at the age of 84. He was born in Irwin county, on March 16, 1936 to Henry Ware and Florence Horne Ware of Ocilla, Georgia.   Kendall moved to Soperton when he was two years old and remained a resident of Soperton until his death.  He had a short stay in Atlanta, Ga where he met his bride, the late Barbara Lunsford from the mountains of Suches, Georgia.  While in Atlanta, he owned an operated the famous dinosaur logo, Sinclair Oil company, still popular out west.  Kendall and family returned to Soperton in 1965 and raised Diana, Belita, Kendra, Mike and Terah Ware.

Kendall had many interest when it came to cars and gas stations.  He liked fast cars, muscle cars, junk cars, all cars.  Kendall owned and operated multiple gas stations, turned both cotton gins, the Ole Ford delaership and the former freezer locker into garages and ran a salvage junk yard for many years on the family land on hwy 221 S.  Kendall enjoyed rebuilding fast cars and enjoyed more... racing them!  There isn't a road in Treutlen County that doesn't have a race story.   Almost any resident or Sherriff can testify to the truth of this claim! While in Atlanta, he raced and won LOTS of trophies!  In his latter years, he located his business to his daughter's place on Miller Pond Road in Treutlen county, where he continued wheeling and dealing on a much smaller scale.

Kendall is preceded in death by his parents, and dear brother in law, Kennon Brinson and nephew David Brinson.   He is survived by his sister Beverly Ware Brinson, nephews Alan Brinson (Roxanne), Chester Brinson (Marie) niece Julie Brinson Milliman (Keith), daughters Diana Ware Harn (Bill), Belita Ware Courtney, Kendra Ware, Terah Ware (Junior), and a son Michael Todd Ware (Donna), grandchildren, Ashley , Garland and Phillip Meredith, Thomas Courtney (Chanler), Michael Courtney, Stephan Strumpf (Jennifer), Kendall Strumpf (Emily), Brandy Ware Rewis (Daniel), Alan Ware (Becky), Lindsey Ware, Austin Statum, Michelle Statum Ward (Jonathan), Michaela Bullard (Brandon), Heather Cauley Braddy (Garrett), Cole Cauley, and seventeen great grand grandchildren.

A private graveside service will be held as Mr. Ware is laid to rest in Westview Cemetery.
