Mr. Larry Keith Walden, age 74 of Soperton passed away on Tuesday afternoon, March 18, 2025 at Treutlen County Health and Rehabilitation Center in Soperton.

Born in Dublin, he was one of five children of the late Luther Roy Walden and Mary Esther Joiner Walden.  Mr. Walden was a lifelong resident of Treutlen County, growing row crops on the family farm for many years.  He enjoyed farming and worked hard to make the most of the crops he planted, whether it be corn, soy beans or tobacco.

Mr. Walden was Baptist by faith.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Roy Raybon Walden and two sisters in law, Pat Walden and Dolores Walden.

Mr. Walden is survived by three brothers, Daryl Walden (Harriet), Dublin, GA, Gary Walden, Soperton, GA, and Phillip Walden (Lynda), Valdosta, GA, as well as several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be conducted at 4:00 pm on Thursday, March 20, 2025 in Westview Cemetery with Pastor Donnie Crosby officiating.

Mr. Walden will be laid to rest beside his parents.

His family will receive friends, on Thursday, at the gravesite.
