Mrs. Mary Lou Hall, age 102, wife of the late Coney McLendon and Alonzo Hall, passed away on Tuesday morning, March 15, 2022 at Life Care of Hilliard in Hilliard, Florida.

Born in Treutlen County, she was the eldest of two daughters born to the late Ernest Bearl Perdue and Nora Crumley Perdue.  She grew up in Treutlen County, and was a graduate of Condor High School, Class of 1937, in Laurens County.   She had lived in Brunswick, Georgia for a short time before locating to the North side of Jacksonville, Florida in the mid 1940s.

Mrs. Hall enjoyed arts and crafts and was a member of Yulee Baptist Church, Yulee, Florida.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Katherine Barfield, a son, Gary H. McLendon and a daughter, Jean Graham.

Mrs. Hall leaves behind a daughter, Gail Seigfried (Larry), Shickshinny, PA, a son, Carl McLendon (Sandra), Hilliard, FL, a daughter in law, Bernice McLendon, Apollo Beach, FL, eleven grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, six great great grandchildren and three nieces.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Monday, March 21, 2022 from the graveside in Red Bluff Cemetery, Soperton, Georgia with Reverend Doug Sides of Yulee Baptist Church, Yulee, Florida, officiating.

Her family will receive friends on Monday at Sammons Funeral Home, beginning at 12 noon until time for departure to the cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be: Donnie McLendon, Mike Seigfried, Logan McLendon, Brian Seigfried, John Durbin and Levi Seigfried.
