Evangelist William "Billy" Franklin Graham Jr., age 99 passed away peacefully and met his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ in the early morning hours on Wednesday February 21, 2018 at his mountain home in Montreat, North Carolina.

Throughout his over 60 years of evangelism, he reached more than 200 million people through his tent crusades, massive stadium events and his pioneering use of television and radio broadcasts.

Reverend Graham will lie in repose at the Graham Family Homeplace on the grounds of the Billy Graham Library in Charlotte on Monday, February 26th and Tuesday, February 27 ^th before being conveyed to the Unites States Capital in Washington, DC where he will lie in honor in the Rotunda on Wednesday, February 28 ^th and Thursday, March 1st.

Private funeral services will be held on Friday, March 2 ^nd under a "revival" tent on the grounds of the Billy Graham Library in Charlotte where Reverend Graham will be laid to rest beside his wife, Ruth Bell Graham who passed away in 2007.

Pictorial remembrance cards and a memorial book will be available for signing and leaving messages of remembrance and condolence at Sammons Funeral Home in Soperton, Georgia beginning Friday, February 23 ^rd until Reverend Graham is laid to rest. The register book, your heart felt messages and cards will be forwarded to his family.
