Mrs. Rhonda Sue Coleman Wilkerson, age 64 of Adrian, passed away on Friday morning, August 12, 2022 at Dublinair Health and Rehabilitation Center in Dublin.

Born in Dublin, she was the oldest of three children and the only daughter born to Avis Louise Thompson Coleman and the late Ronald Earnest Coleman.  She grew up in and was a lifelong of Johnson County and was a graduate of the Johnson County High School in Wrightsville.   Rhonda had worked as a Lab Technician at Claxton Hospital and for Dr. John Bell during the late 1970s.  She later worked as a Machine Operator at Buckeye Textiles in Wrightsville and Bill Joes in Dublin.

She had been a lifelong member of the Mt. Olive Church of the Nazarene in Wrightsville, GA.

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her husband, Donny Edwin Wilkerson and a brother, Barry Coleman,

She leaves behind her mother, Louise Thompson Coleman, Adrian, GA, her son, Donny "Dee" Edwin Wilkerson Jr., Adrian, GA, her brothers, Ronald Ray Coleman (Ann), Wrightsville, GA, Jeff Coleman, Wrightsville, GA, a sister in law, Vickie Coleman, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, her step mother, Marie Coleman, Wrightsville, GA, a special cousin, Valerie Thompson, Pensacola, FL, a special nephew, Cameron Dover of Adrian and a special niece, Hannah Mimbs, Scott, GA.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Saturday, August 20, 2022 from the graveside in Mt Olive Church of the Nazarene Cemetery with Pastor Jimmy Wright and Pastor L. T. Logue officiating.

Rhonda will be laid to rest beside her husband.
