Mr. Robert Oran Lunsford, age 90 of Glenwood passed away on Tuesday morning, June 24, 2025 at the Treutlen County Health and Rehabilitation Center in Soperton.

Born in Lafayette, LA. He was the son of the late Robert Oran Lunsford and Judy Elizabeth Strickhausen Lunsford.

After serving in the United States Army, Mr. Lunsford worked as an Electrician with the local union working primarily plant shutdowns and new plant startups.

He is preceded in death by his wife and two children.

He leaves behind, dear friends and caregivers, Travis and Melinda Horne of Glenwood.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 on Saturday, June 28, 2025 from the graveside in Rest Haven Memory Gardens, Baton Rouge, LA where he will be laid to rest with military honors.
