Mr. Roy Gene Vick, age 52, of Soperton died Tuesday, September 20, 2016.

Mr. Vick was born in Shelby, Mississippi and was preceded in death by his father, Carlene Vick, Sr., and step-mother, Annie Ruth Vick. He was a retired truck driver and mechanic.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy Brantley Vick; daughter, Kathleen Grace Vick of Soperton; mother, Grace Gregory of Vidalia; sister, Renae (Robert) Landon of Vidalia; brother, Carlene Vick, Jr. of East Dublin; step-sisters, Jackie (Tim) Grant of Dublin and Cynthia Ann (Randy) Wheeler of Macon; step-brother, J. L. Gregory of Vidalia; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
