Ms. Sandra Carol Foskey, age 72, of Ailey passed away on Friday morning, March 13, 2026 at Memorial Health Meadows in Vidalia.

Born in Toombs County, she was the eldest of two children born to the late J. W. Smallpiece (dec. 2016) and Hazel Coleman Smallpiece (dec. 2024).  Throughout her life, she worked in the textile industry at Oxford Industries, owned her own clothing store; Carol's Jeans and Things and worked as a CNA, before retiring in the early 1990s.

Mrs. Foskey was a lifelong resident of Montgomery County and had attended Uvalda Church of God and Bear Creek Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Carl Smallpiece, who passed away in 2013.

Ms. Foskey leaves behind, her nephew, Stacy Smallpiece, (Nichole) of Ailey.

Funeral services will be conducted at 4:00 o'clock p.m. on Sunday, March 15, 2026 from the graveside in Mt. Vernon City Cemetery, Mt. Vernon, GA with Reverend Allen Greene officiating.

Her family will receive friends on Sunday, at the graveside from 3:00 o'clock p.m. until the hour of service.
