Teresa Carolyn Jackson, age 49, of Vidalia passed away on Thursday evening, December 21, 2017 at the Community Hospice House in Vidalia, Georgia.
She is preceded in death by her father, Ray Jackson and a brother, Randy Jackson.
Survivors include her son Brent Jackson, Vidalia, GA, her daughter, Courtney Vessell, Metter, GA, her mother, Joan Hall, Vidalia, GA, her maternal grandmother, Robbie Lord, Soperton, GA, a brother, Paul Jackson, Vidalia, GA, two grandchildren and a nephew.
Her family will receive friends on Saturday, December 23, 2017 from 3:00 - 5:00 pm at Sammons Funeral Home.
