Mr. Timothy "Tim" Clyde Heuett, age 65 of Soperton passed away on Friday morning, January 23, 2026 at Memorial Health in Savannah, Georgia.

Born in Soperton, he was one of four children born to Betty Louise Lowery Heuett and the late Clyde Heuett.  Tim grew up in Soperton and had lived in Treutlen County for most of his life.  He had worked in the newspaper print business, with the Dublin Courier Herald for many years.

Tim enjoyed the out-doors; whether he was fishing, coon hunting or tending to his horses.

He had been a member of the Soperton First Baptist Church.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his sister, Anita Heuett.

Tim leaves behind, his mother, Betty Lowery Heuett, Soperton, GA, three sons, Christopher "Chris" Heuett, Soperton, GA, Daniel Heuett, Glenville, GA, Derek Heuett, Jackson, GA, two brothers, Jeff and Joey Heuett, both of Soperton, grandchildren, Jasmine, John Robert and Kylie Heuett, a special niece, Jasmine (Nikki) Hayes along with several other nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 in the Billy Williams Chapel of Sammon Funeral Home with Reverend Morris Brantley officiating.

His family will receive friends on Tuesday, at Sammons Funeral Home, from 10:00 o'clock a.m. until the hour of the service.
