Mr. William Kittrell, age 77, of Rockledge died Saturday, July 29, 2017.

Mr. Kittrell was born in Sulligent, Alabama and lived most of his life in Rockledge. He was preceded in death by his parents, Luther and Pearl Harris Kittrell, granddaughter, Cheyenne L. Kittrell, and sisters, Martha Lou Hall and Dorthy Nell Kittrell.  He was retired from Middle Georgia Roadbuilders and Developers, East Dublin, and was a member of Rosemont Baptist Church, Treutlen County.

Survivors include his wife, Sherry Beacham Kittrell; son and daughter-in-law, Stacy and Lisa Kittrell of Rockledge; grandchildren, Kayla Kittrell and Pearson Jones of Rockledge;  sister, Charlene Peterson of Soperton; brothers, Claxton Kittrell of Soperton and L. J. (Martha) Kittrell of Dalton; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of Sammons Funeral Home, Soperton, at 11 a.m. Monday, July 31, with Pastor Dwayne Clements officiating.  Burial will be in Peterson Family Cemetery, Treutlen County.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m.
